The AA is a really interesting case for online marketing.
I found TheAA.com 5th in the organic SERPS for 'breakdown assistance', so I think they need to look hard at SEO.
They were number 2 in the paid results. I bet they are spending more than they need to on PPC.
I suggest that they probably need to closely monitor their PPC campaign and scale it back with SEO and other digital marketing activities to compensate.
